relaxing atmosphere attentive staff complimentary beverages convenient access
the lobby had a really relaxing atmosphere. the staff were attentive and very helpful. my room came with complimentary beverages! free coffee and hot cocoa were a great touch. the hotel's location offered convenient access to transportation.
The street nearby had a lot of noise at night. Single-pane windows let a lot of sounds in

Wonderful Stay
locked door hotel security clean hotel convenient location
I appreciate the staff being very nice. The front door always stayed locked, this added security. The hotel was cute and very clean and I feel grateful about it. For the price, I don't think I could beat it especially for the convenient location.
There are many unhoused people outside the hotel, but this is a problem for the whole city.

The hotel provides lockers, these are available for customer bag storage before or after checking in or out. The washroom has decent size and facilities are mobility accessible, this is something I really appreciated. Each bed has 4 pillows, I thought this was generous.

The location allows walking distance to the BART and F Streetcar. The location allows also to the Wooden Trolley, this improved my experience. Plenty of food options are accessible nearby, something I am grateful for.

Breakfast include options like coffee, muffins, yogurt, and apple. These options are simple and met my needs, so I'm grateful for this service. I also found available all day drinking water and coffee, this was nice.

active drug deals moldy room
The staff, especially Punya, were great and provided a warm welcome.
The noise levels were ridiculous. Active drug deals occurred right outside the hotel. My room smelled muggy. There was no AC. I checked out after only one night because I could not stand it there anymore. The room had mold. This was UNACCEPTABLE!!!
